A standard clean is the visit that keeps a house in order between the bigger jobs. We dust, vacuum and mop every room, wipe down the kitchen and sanitize the bathrooms. The cleaner works from a written checklist, so the guest bath gets the same attention as the kitchen and the result does not change with who is on the schedule that day.
We bring our own supplies and equipment. The products are eco-friendly, which matters if you have children or pets spending their day on the floor. If you would rather we use something you already own, tell us and we will use that.
What a standard clean covers

What the price is made of
The price has three parts: $20 for each bedroom, $20 for each bathroom, and 11 cents for each square foot. A two-bedroom, one-bath home of 1,000 square feet comes to $170 before any discount.
Weekly plans take 10% off each visit and biweekly plans take 5%. New clients get 15% off. We confirm the final number before we come, and we do not add hidden fees.

Every room is dusted, vacuumed and mopped. In the kitchen we wipe the counters, the sink and the outside of the appliances. Bathrooms are sanitized, including toilets, showers and mirrors. We also spot clean high-touch surfaces, take out the trash and tidy as we go.
No. We bring professional, eco-friendly supplies and our own equipment to every visit. If there is a product you prefer, leave it out or tell us about it and we will use it on your home.
No. Many clients leave a key, a lockbox code or smart lock access. You are welcome to stay if you prefer. Every cleaner is background-checked and the company is insured and bonded. To arrange access, call (704) 270-5118.
A deep clean includes everything on the standard list and adds baseboards, moldings and vents, window sills and tracks, light fixtures and ceiling fans. It is priced at one and a half times the standard rate for the same home.
