We clean the baseboards, moldings and vents, detail the window sills and tracks, and take the dust off light fixtures and ceiling fans. We recommend it for a first visit, because it brings the house to a baseline that regular cleans can hold.
You can add the inside of the oven, the microwave and the refrigerator, and the interior windows, if they need it. Mention the extras when you ask for the quote so the cleaner arrives with the time set aside for them.

What a deep clean costs
A deep clean is priced at one and a half times the standard rate for the same home. The 1,000 square foot, two-bedroom, one-bath example is $170 as a standard clean and $255 as a deep clean.
