What happens to the estimate
The ticket gives you an estimate, and it does not book anything. Send it with the form and we reply within 2 hours to confirm the price and agree a time. The inside of the oven, the microwave, the refrigerator and the interior windows are optional on a deep clean, so mention them if you want them.
The terms that go with it
If a room is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and clean it again at no extra cost. We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or move a visit, and a cancellation with less notice may carry a fee. Recurring plans run without a contract.
A home clean is $20 for each bedroom, $20 for each bathroom and 11 cents for each square foot. A deep clean is one and a half times that. Weekly plans take 10% off each visit, biweekly plans take 5%, and new clients get 15% off. Offices are 14 cents per square foot. The quote ticket on this site does the arithmetic, and we confirm the final number before we come.
No. We bring professional, eco-friendly supplies and our own equipment. If there is a product you prefer, tell us and we will use it.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. A cancellation with less notice than that may carry a fee. If something comes up, call us and we will try to work with you.
